What is the last order date for delivery before Christmas?

Orders placed after 16 December are unlikely to be delivered before Christmas.
Please note that our warehouse is closed between Christmas and New Year, so orders placed at this time will not be delivered until January.

 

VAT rate change to 15%, effective 01 December 2008. Will the RSPB change their prices?

Yes. We believe it's only fair to pass on the new VAT rate changes to our customers. Our prices have been updated throughout the site to reflect the new VAT rate.
Please note that certain products that we sell are not subject to VAT, so their prices will not have changed. These products are: good natured gifts (virtual gifts), RSPB gift membership, books, children's clothing and 12.75 kg bags of bird food.

 

The site doesn't seem to work properly for me. What could be wrong?

To function correctly the online shop requires both cookies and Javascript to be enabled.

 

Why don't you deliver to more countries overseas?

Delivering goods to overseas countries is very expensive, and there are many international laws regarding delivering goods, especially seed products, outside of the UK. Because of this, we only deliver to certain EU countries. If you would like us to deliver products abroad, please call the customer service team for more details. Why won't the online shop send me a password? The RSPB send me emails, so I must be registered.

People who receive emails from the RSPB are not necessarily registered with the online shop. If you have not purchased from the shop before, you will need to register before ordering, and create a password.

 

Why am I not receiving emails about my order?

Please check the spam folder in your inbox, as it's possible that our emails have been marked as spam. In order to make sure you successfully receive emails from us, please add shopping@rspb.org.uk to your address book.

 

Why isn't my offer code working?

If you have an offer or promotion code, please ensure you have met the conditions of the offer before entering the code. Only one offer code can be used per order.
Where a minimum spend amount is required to qualify for an offer, this does not include the offer product(s). Please note: good natured gifts (virtual gifts) and RSPB gift membership do not count towards the mimimun spend amount, as they are donations, and we cannot legally give products in return for donations.
Offer products will not be automatically added to the basket, you will need to add the offer item(s) to your basket before entering the code.
Please use the number zero, not the letter O when entering codes.

Please note: unless we specify otherwise, discounts do not apply to binoculars, telescopes, RSPB membership, good natured gifts (virtual gifts) or products which are already reduced in price (eg sale items).

 

Can I have parts of my order delivered to different addresses?

No. If you would like items sent to different addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

 

I want both options/colours of one product. How do I place more than one option in my basket at once?

If you wish to order more than one item from a product page, please use the radio buttons to select each item and add it to your basket in turn.
